The empty tomb means
light in darkness
hope in despair
love defeating hate
strength in trial
meaning in loss
truth in promise
life greater than death
your value secure, my sister
your worth divine, my brother
our peace established
our family globalized
the story has been changed
no walls can remain between us
except those we build ourselves
for God has loved us and come near
and reminded us of justice, mercy, faith
sending us into life with life
so we share the light among ourselves
we share the love among ourselves
gifts for all, not withheld or hidden
but framing our story for all time
 
we must never forget
